These sessions are for you if

Through the sessions you will learn to

  • Improve how you move, think and feel.

  • Reduce tension, pain and stress.

  • Discover how your movement habits are contributing to your pain.

  • Be more comfortable in yourSELF.

  • Heighten your mental awareness and creativity.

In these sessions, I verbally guide you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to help you develop a greater awareness of how you move, in a safe, effective, enjoyable way.

Unique to the Feldenkrais Method® is that these lessons tie directly into functional movements of daily life, improving ease in everyday activities such as walking efficiently, safely lifting objects, and improving posture in sitting or standing etc.

I always aim to create friendly and person-centred classes and work with smaller groups so everyone feels a part of the group and accepted as they are.

Online spaces using Zoom are limited to 15 students only.

All classes can be booked as individual drop-ins, or in blocks.

You will be asked to fill out a short form the first time you book.
