Inspired by the thinking of Vanda Scaravelli, informed by The Feldenkrais Method®. The Scaravelli-inspired approach focuses on developing a very different experience of core strength and stability, through releasing tension and creating ease and length in the spine.

What to Expect
My classes are suitable for all ages and all levels, from beginners to those with many years of experience.
I always aim to create friendly and person-centred classes and work with smaller groups, so everyone feels a part of the group and accepted as they are.
As a trainer and mentor of yoga teachers of the future, my approach is modern, straightforward, accessible and welcoming to all.

Online spaces using Zoom are limited to 15 students.

In-person spaces are limited to 8 students.
All classes can be booked as individual drop-ins, or in blocks or within a membership package.
Regardless of your level of fitness, with regular attendance you will discover a longer, stronger and more flexible spine, have a calmer mind and begin to enjoy increased energy and ease of movement.
You will be asked to fill out a short form the first time you book. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.
