Easing Jaw, Neck and Shoulder Pain
Do you struggle with jaw discomfort, tension headaches, or tightness or pain in your neck and shoulders? This Feldenkrais workshop offers a gentle, effective approach to easing pain and restoring ease in your upper body. Transform How You Sit
Hours of slouching at your desk may seem harmless—but over time, poor sitting can lead to neck pain, back stiffness, tension headaches, shallow breathing, and rising stress. These discomforts feed on each other, creating a vicious cycle that affects your body, mind, and energy.
This Feldenkrais Workshop offers a gentle, mindful way to break that cycle. Through subtle, guided movements, you’ll discover how to sit with ease, align your spine naturally, release tension in shoulders and hips, and breathe fully. No forcing, straining, or “perfect posture” required—just effortless, mindful movement that rewires the way your body holds itself.
As you cultivate better sitting habits, you’ll notice reduced pain, calmer stress levels, improved focus, and more energy throughout your day. Sitting no longer feels like a burden—it becomes a supportive, comfortable experience.
Ideal for office workers, students, or anyone seated for long periods, this workshop provides practical tools that will transform your daily routine.
Take a step toward comfort, vitality, and wellbeing.
Reserve your spot today and feel how mindful movement can change not just the way you sit, but how you live every day.

Make The Floor Your Friend
Getting down onto the floor and back up again is something we did as children, many hundreds of times without noticing. To explore, to play, to read, to learn. It felt good, unencumbered, simple and so easy.
As we move into adulthood, our lifestyle, furniture, all our home appliances etc mean, life rarely asks us to get on to the floor for prolonged periods. So we do it less and less and it leaves our "movement vocabulary."
When we do need to get down towards the floor, to tie shoelaces, pick something up it feels un-natural, clunky, unfamiliar. It feels an effort.
And if you go down you also have to get up.
How many times have you found yourself straining, as you get up, groaning, pulling on a nearby bit of furniture for support, asking for a hand up…? Feeling your creaky sensitive knees, hips and joints as they take the strain, tense and brace. Not surprising that overtime we feel sore, tight and restricted.
These changes do not just happen at the point of pain. The pain is a result of many years of accumulated restriction, tension, and strain.
It is possible to change this vicious cycle.
When we move between levels from standing to sitting, on the floor, to lying on the floor and back up, we involve all of our body. It keeps our joints, bones, muscles, tissues hydrated, vital and strong. So having lots of possible ways to move down and back up is essential for healthy longterm function in life.
