Book this 3 hour relaxing and engaging session. It will help you: - Develop better musculoskeletal support - Improve upright posture - Reduce tension and fatigue - Improve your lung capacity - Discover a gentle approach to feeling steady and stable - Move freely without struggle or strain Balance is dynamic, not a static state. We are constantly moving and adjusting even when standing still, though we may not be aware of it. Improving balance is not about learning to hold your body still in place. It is about improving whole-body coordination so you can constantly adjust your centre-of-mass over your base of support. Come and discover how you can use your whole body to find and adjust your balance and stability, all without strenuous workouts and with no striving, no reps or drills and definitely no judgment or pressure. Learn to: - Better your balance - Improve your strength and support in motion - Regain confidence - Feel at home in your body - Be unshakably YOU The session is for all ages and abilities from 16+ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one.
