What Sets the YogaBirth Training Apart?

The YogaBirth 300-hour training is renowned for being the most in-depth, extensive program available in the UK. Offering unparalleled education and training in both yoga and birth preparation. This specialised course weaves together a unique approach to yoga, mindfulness, and birth education that supports, enhances and honours physiological birth. It is designed for those who want to master the art of teaching pregnancy yoga, blending ancient yogic practices and modern birth knowledge and science.

A Year-Long Journey for Deep Integration

This is not a fast-track module or quick fix training.

Unlike shorter programs, the YogaBirth 300-hour training spans an entire year. The length of the course allows participants time to absorb and integrate the extensive curriculum and to grow deep knowledge.

Instead of rushing through concepts, the year long learning programme offers space for experiential learning and hands-on practice. Enabling students time to embody the teachings and grow into confident, knowledgeable, professional teachers. The length of the training means you have plenty of time to practice the material, and to digest and refine your understanding and skillset.

This training is ideal for those who want to fully immerse themselves in the world of prenatal yoga and birth. Who are drawn to building strong connections with both the teaching faculty and fellow students. And are drawn to being a part of a supportive community that enriches learning.
